And then a long delay due to rain and we are unable to move in on January 15th.  The hold up is pouring the driveway.  Finally it gets poured on Jan 26th.jan9813.jpg (22072 bytes) jan9814.jpg (20560 bytes)

Now, things are back on track for a February 9th. date.  We have our fingers and toes crossed.

We finally got in on the 17th. of February and now it is the 25th. of June and they just finished our front yard yesterday.  The big tree shown in pictures above is long gone.  The city of San Jose made them cut it down before it fell onto the house.   GOOD IDEA.  Next, the back yard.  Check progress below.
